Boeuf Bourguignon

It’s winter here in the southern hemisphere and it’s definitely time for some hearty food. If you have a bottle of red wine you can’t wait to open, and know how to use a casserole dish, try this Beef Bourguignon - a classic french dish. Remember the white crusty bread and some good butter!
